Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract.
  6. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  7. Add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture alternately with milk. Mix until just combined.
  8. Gently fold in chopped apricots.
  9. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  11. Cool before serving.
