Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add olive oil, salt, and flour. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 10 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a cloth. Let rise for 1 hour.
  5. Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.
  6. Place the loaf in a greased loaf pan. Let rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes.
  8. Let cool before slicing.
