  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, gochujang, and rice wine.
  2. Add sliced chicken to the marinade. Mix well and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add marinated chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  5. Stir in chopped green onions and cook for another minute.
  6. Serve hot with rice or lettuce wraps.
