Delicious homemade cinnamon rolls with a soft texture and sweet cinnamon filling.
Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Warm the milk and dissolve the yeast in it.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add melted butter and eggs to the flour mixture.
- Mix in the milk and yeast mixture.
- Knead the dough until smooth and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon over the dough.
- Roll up the dough and cut into slices.
- Place slices in a greased baking pan and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes.
- Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar for frosting.
- Spread frosting over warm cinnamon rolls.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Reheat in the microwave for soft rolls.
