A delicious homemade version of cinnamon toast crunch cereal.
Ingredients

- 4 cups corn squares
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, pour melted butter over corn squares.
- Add the sugar-cinnamon mixture to the corn squares and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the corn squares on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar over the cooled squares and toss gently.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Great for breakfast or a snack.
- Adjust cinnamon and sugar to taste.
