- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup mixed nuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1/2 cup dried fruits, chopped
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, chia seeds, and salt.
- In a saucepan, heat honey and nut butter over low heat until melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Add dried fruits and mix until evenly distributed.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into the dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
- Feel free to substitute nuts and dried fruits based on your preference.
- For a crunchier texture, bake for an additional 5 minutes.
