Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup mixed nuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, chia seeds, and salt.
  3. In a saucepan, heat honey and nut butter over low heat until melted.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  6. Add dried fruits and mix until evenly distributed.
  7. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into the dish.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
