- 100g powdered sugar
- 50ml vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Toast the pistachios in a dry pan for 5 minutes.
- Let them cool and then blend them until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend until the mixture is creamy.
- Store in a jar in the fridge.
