- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
- Gradually whisk in milk, ensuring no lumps remain. Cook until the mixture thickens.
- Add cheddar, Gruyère, and Parmesan cheeses. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni. Stir until evenly coated.
- Transfer to a baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.

- For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
