A refreshing and fruity homemade mango sorbet.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Blend mangoes, lime juice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the sugar syrup to the mango puree and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for 4-6 hours.
- Stir the sorbet every 30 minutes to break up ice crystals.
- Once fully frozen, scoop and serve.
Notes
- Use ripe mangoes for the best flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
- Adjust sweetness according to taste.
