Ingredients

Instructions

  3. Add the sugar syrup to the mango puree and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for 4-6 hours.
  5. Stir the sorbet every 30 minutes to break up ice crystals.
  6. Once fully frozen, scoop and serve.
