Instructions
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Mix garlic powder and Italian seasoning into the breadcrumbs.
- Dip each mozzarella stick in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
- Freeze the breaded sticks for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the mozzarella sticks until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
