Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and protein powder.
  3. Add peanut butter, honey, and almond milk. Mix well until combined.
  4. Fold in nuts and chocolate chips if using.
  5. Press the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  7. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
