Delicious homemade Starbucks copycat cake pops.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box cake mix
  • 1 cup frosting
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Bake the cake according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl.
  3. Add frosting to the crumbled cake and mix until combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Chill the cake balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. Melt chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave.
  7. Dip the end of a lollipop stick into the melted chocolate, then insert it into each cake ball.
  8. Coat each cake pop in the melted chocolate and add sprinkles.
  9. Place the cake pops upright in a styrofoam block to set.
