Ingredients

  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast.
  2. Add sugar and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix in melted butter and eggs.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour and salt.
  5. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
  6. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth.
  7. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  8. Punch down the dough and shape into rolls.
  9. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  10. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes.
