Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Place the ham in a roasting pan, cut side down.
  3. In a bowl, mix honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and ground cloves.
  4. Brush the mixture over the ham.
  5. Cover the ham loosely with foil.
  6. Bake for about 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
