- 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix honey, BBQ sauce, and olive oil.
- Add chicken and vegetables to the marinade. Stir to coat.
- Thread chicken and veggies onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Check if the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from grill and serve hot.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling.
- You can add other vegetables like zucchini or mushrooms.
- Adjust BBQ sauce according to your taste.
