Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour honey garlic mixture over them.
- In a separate bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
- Bake salmon and Brussels sprouts in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve salmon with Brussels sprouts on the side.
Notes
- Adjust the honey to your taste preference.
- Make sure to not overcook the salmon.
- For extra flavor, add lemon juice before serving.
