Description

A delicious dish featuring honey garlic salmon paired with roasted Brussels sprouts.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  3. Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour honey garlic mixture over them.
  4. In a separate bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake salmon and Brussels sprouts in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Serve salmon with Brussels sprouts on the side.
