Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  3. Add salmon pieces to the bowl and coat them well.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Sear salmon bites for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.

  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
