- 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Add salmon pieces to the bowl and coat them well.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Sear salmon bites for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
- Transfer salmon bites to a baking sheet and drizzle with remaining sauce.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
