Description
A delicious honey hot chicken salad that combines spicy chicken with fresh greens and a sweet honey dressing.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with hot sauce and honey.
- Spread the chicken mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through.
- While chicken is baking, prepare the salad base with mixed greens, tomatoes, onion, and cucumber.
- Once chicken is done, let it cool slightly, then add it to the salad.
- Top with crumbled blue cheese.
- Drizzle additional honey over the top if desired.
Notes
- Adjust the heat by varying the amount of hot sauce.
- For a milder version, use less hot sauce and more honey.
- This salad is best served fresh.
