Description
Honey lime chicken served with fresh mango salsa.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 jalapeno, minced (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, lime juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- In another bowl, combine mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and jalapeno (if using).
- Serve chicken topped with mango salsa.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less jalapeno.
- Let chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
