A delicious honey mustard glazed chicken served with roasted vegetables.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, zucchini)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken breasts with the honey mustard mixture.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, toss mixed vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add vegetables to the baking sheet around the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Adjust seasoning as per your taste.
- Use any seasonal vegetables you prefer.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
