Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese, and sugar.
- Add the eggs and honey, mixing well.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and diced peaches.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fill cupcake liners with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before frosting.
