- 1 lb carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp thyme, dried
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Add carrots to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and caramelized.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
