A delicious honeycrisp apple galette with a flaky crust and sweet filling.
Ingredients

- 2 Honeycrisp apples, sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon butter, cut into small pieces
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix sliced apples with lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, and flour.
- Roll out the pie crust on a baking sheet.
- Arrange apple mixture in the center of the crust.
- Fold the edges of the crust over the apples.
- Brush the crust with beaten egg.
- Dot the apples with butter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden.
Notes
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
- Can substitute other apple varieties if desired.
