Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 honeycrisp apple, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the broccoli by cutting it into florets.
- Dice the honeycrisp apple and thinly slice the red onion.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, honeycrisp apple, red onion, walnuts, dried cranberries, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

- For added crunch, use toasted walnuts.
- This salad can be made a day ahead.
