Description

A delicious hot honey balsamic chicken alfredo served with whipped feta and crispy Brussels chips.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 1 cup Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken and slice it.
  5. In the same skillet, add balsamic vinegar and hot honey, then stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Mix until the sauce thickens.
  7. Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce, tossing to combine.
  8. For whipped feta, blend feta cheese until smooth.
  9. In another pan, sauté Brussels sprouts with olive oil until crispy.
  10. Serve the pasta topped with whipped feta and crispy Brussels chips.
