A delicious hot honey balsamic chicken alfredo served with whipped feta and crispy Brussels chips.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons hot honey
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 1 cup Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and slice it.
- In the same skillet, add balsamic vinegar and hot honey, then stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Mix until the sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce, tossing to combine.
- For whipped feta, blend feta cheese until smooth.
- In another pan, sauté Brussels sprouts with olive oil until crispy.
- Serve the pasta topped with whipped feta and crispy Brussels chips.

- Adjust hot honey to taste.
- For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with grilled vegetables.
