- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 8 ounces fettuccine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hot honey, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and slice it.
- In the same skillet, add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until combined.
- Mix in chopped basil and crumbled feta to create the swirl.
- On a baking sheet, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
- Combine fettuccine with the Alfredo sauce and top with sliced chicken.
- Drizzle with hot honey and serve with crispy Brussels chips.
