Warm and delicious peach cobbler served fresh from the oven.
Ingredients

- 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix sliced peaches with 1/2 cup sugar.
- In another bowl, combine flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk and melted butter to the flour mixture, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a baking dish.
- Top with the peach mixture.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can use canned peaches if fresh ones are not available.
