- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, ranch dressing, and hot sauce until smooth.
- Fold in the shredded chicken, half of the cheddar cheese, blue cheese crumbles, and green onions.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.
- Adjust the amount of hot sauce to your heat preference.
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
