  • 4 cups beef broth

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Add the beef cubes, brown on all sides.
  4. Stir in paprika and caraway seeds.
  5. Add bell pepper and tomatoes, cook for a few minutes.
  6. Pour in beef broth, bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1.5 hours.
  8. Add potatoes, cook until tender.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Serve hot.
