Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare turkey by rubbing with butter, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the turkey with the mixture of chopped onion, celery, carrots, and stuffing mix.
- Place turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth around it.
- Roast turkey for about 3 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- While turkey roasts, steam green beans until tender.
- Serve turkey with cranberry sauce and green beans.
- Finish with pumpkin pie for dessert.
