  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, and oil.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture.
  6. Fill cupcake liners with the batter.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Let cool and top with whipped cream.
