A quick and simple cheeseburger pie that everyone will love.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup bisquick mix
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet.
- Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, mix milk, eggs, bisquick, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked beef and cheese to the mixture.
- Pour into a greased pie dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
Notes
- Serve warm.
- Top with your favorite burger toppings.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
