- 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are soft.
- Stir in garam masala, turmeric, and chili powder. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add cauliflower florets and mix well.
- Pour in heavy cream and season with salt.
- Cover and cook until cauliflower is tender, about 15 minutes.
- Garnish with cilantro before serving.
