- 3/4 cup warm water
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add warm water gradually and knead until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into small balls and flatten each ball into a disc.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry each disc until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
