A quick and easy recipe for beef and broccoli made in an Instant Pot.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef flank steak, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the oil.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add beef and cook until browned.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, brown sugar, and broth.
- Pour the sauce over the beef in the pot.
- Close the lid and set to manual high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Quick release the pressure and stir in broccoli.
- Close the lid and set to manual high pressure for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time for thicker cuts of beef.
- Use fresh broccoli for best results.
- Serve immediately for optimal texture.
