Description

A quick and easy recipe for chicken noodles made in an Instant Pot.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Turn on the Instant Pot and set it to sauté mode.
  2. Add onion, carrots, celery, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
  3. Add chicken breast, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  4. Close the lid and set to manual high pressure for 10 minutes.
  5. Once done, do a quick release of pressure.
  6. Remove the chicken and shred it.
  7. Add egg noodles to the pot and stir.
  8. Close the lid and set to manual high pressure for 5 minutes.
  9. Do a quick release of pressure and stir in the shredded chicken.
  10. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • You can add vegetables of your choice.
