Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets.
  4. Place the salmon on the grill skin-side down.
  5. Grill for 6-8 minutes, then flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes.
  6. Remove from grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh dill if desired and serve.
