- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Place the salmon on the grill skin-side down.
- Grill for 6-8 minutes, then flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes.
- Remove from grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh dill if desired and serve.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- For a smoky flavor, add wood chips to the grill.
- Best served with a side of vegetables or salad.
