Delicious pecan pie bars that are easy to make and perfect for dessert.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, melted butter, and brown sugar.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine corn syrup, eggs, vanilla, and salt.
- Add chopped pecans to the mixture.
- Pour the pecan mixture over the baked crust.
- Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until set.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Bars can be served warm or cold.
- Top with whipped cream for extra flavor.
