Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a food processor, blend the pistachios until finely ground.
- In a bowl, mix the ground pistachios with sugar and melted butter.
- Add heavy cream, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the pistachio mixture into the tart shell.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
- Let cool before serving.
