This is an irresistible super moist chocolate chip banana bread that combines ripe bananas and chocolate chips for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.
  3. Mix in the melted butter.
  4. Add baking soda and salt, and mix well.
  5. Stir in sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
  6. Mix in the flour until just combined.
