An Italian-inspired Thanksgiving dinner featuring traditional flavors and dishes.
Ingredients

- 1 whole turkey (12–14 lbs)
- 2 cups Italian bread crumbs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup roasted vegetables (carrots, potatoes, onions)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the turkey with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and drizzle with olive oil.
- Pour chicken broth and white wine into the pan.
- Cover with foil and roast for 2 hours.
- Remove foil and roast for an additional hour, basting occasionally.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- Serve with roasted vegetables.
Notes
- You can substitute the turkey with chicken if preferred.
- Adjust seasoning based on your taste.
