  • 2 cups Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup roasted vegetables (carrots, potatoes, onions)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff the turkey with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Pour chicken broth and white wine into the pan.
  6. Cover with foil and roast for 2 hours.
  7. Remove foil and roast for an additional hour, basting occasionally.
  8. Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
  9. Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
  10. Serve with roasted vegetables.
