- 1 package of wonton wrappers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2–3 jalapenos, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapenos, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place a small spoonful of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Wet the edges of the wonton with water and fold to seal.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the wontons until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
