Ingredients

- 1 turkey (10-12 lbs)
- 2 cups of jerk marinade
- 4 cups of rice
- 2 cans of black beans
- 1 large pineapple, sliced
- 2 cups of festival dough
- 1 cup of peas
- 2 tablespoons of allspice
- 1 tablespoon of thyme
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the turkey with jerk marinade for at least 4 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roast the turkey for 3-4 hours or until fully cooked.
- Prepare rice by boiling and adding black beans, peas, and spices.
- Fry or bake festival dough until golden brown.
- Grill pineapple slices until caramelized.
- Serve the turkey with rice, beans, festival, and grilled pineapple.
