Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add milk and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs and add to the cream cheese mixture.
- Fold in flour, salt, and lemon juice until combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake in a water bath for 50-60 minutes.
- Cool in the oven with the door ajar for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
