Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients and set up a breading station with flour, egg, and panko.
- Dip each pork chop in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally coat with panko.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the pork chops until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove from the pan and let them rest before slicing.
- Place cooked rice in a bowl and top with sliced pork.
- Drizzle tonkatsu sauce over the pork and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
