Ingredients
- Rice – 2 cups
- Red beans – 1 cup
- Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
- Sugar – 1 tablespoon
- Fish – 500 grams
- Vegetables (carrots, daikon, etc.) – 300 grams
- Seaweed – 5 sheets
- Japanese sake – 1/4 cup
- Sesame seeds – 2 tablespoons
Instructions
- Wash the rice and soak it for 30 minutes.
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- Boil the red beans until soft and mix with sugar and soy sauce.
- Prepare the fish by grilling or frying.
- Slice the vegetables and steam them until tender.
- Layer rice, beans, fish, and vegetables on a platter.
- Garnish with seaweed and sesame seeds.
- Serve with sake.
