- 200g soba noodles
- 1 liter dashi broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
- 200g tempura (optional)
Instructions
- Boil water in a pot and cook soba noodles according to package instructions.
- In another pot, heat dashi broth, soy sauce, and mirin.
- Once soba is cooked, drain and rinse under cold water.
- Divide soba into serving bowls.
- Pour hot dashi broth over the soba.
- Garnish with chopped green onion and nori strips.
- Add tempura if desired.
