- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Kahlua
- 1/4 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder, for dusting
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until simmering.
- Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth.
- Add Kahlua and cooled coffee to the chocolate mixture. Mix well.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours, or until firm.
- Using a melon baller or small scoop, form the mixture into balls.
- Roll each ball in cocoa powder to coat.
- Place truffles on a baking sheet and refrigerate until set.
