- 4 chicken halves
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and spices.
- Marinate the chicken halves in the mixture for at least 2 hours.
- Place the chicken on the grill, skin side down.
- Grill for 30 minutes, basting occasionally with marinade.
- Flip and grill for another 20-30 minutes until fully cooked.
