- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Add broccoli and cheese in the last hour of cooking.
- Stir well before serving.
